Mark has been involved with numerous high-profile transactions including some of Central London’s best-known buildings such as the Millennium Dome, Centre Point, the Burlington Arcade, Earls Court & Olympia, Queensberry House, 60 Sloane Avenue and 1 Strand.

Other transactions have included strategic loan workouts for the likes of Nippon Credit Bank, Swedbank and Westpac and the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Mark is a senior partner of Metrus, our sister management company helping to grow the portfolio from £300 million in 2001 to more than £5 billion today.

He is a generous philanthropist and board member of Rays Of Sunshine – a UK charity that brightens the lives of seriously ill young people and their families across the UK by granting wishes and providing ongoing support within hospitals.

In his spare time, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, enjoying the arts and he is a keen cyclist and football fan.

Dominic is a founding partner of Michael Elliott LLP. He has worked in the London property market for over three decades, advising both domestic and overseas investors on sales and acquisitions across the capital. Over this period, he has carried out over £20 billion in transactions.

Dominic’s work spans many sectors offices/retail/hotel, he has undertaken numerous transactions throughout the City and West End office markets. He is also a Bond Street and Oxford Street specialist, having carried out numerous deals there.

He is widely regarded as one of London’s top investment advisors consistently active and known for delivering exceptional performance for his clients.  Apart from his numerous overseas clients major UK corporate clients include Columbia Threadneedle, GPE, Orchard Street Investment Management, Nuveen, Art-Invest and KKR.

Outside of work, Dominic enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis and is a classic car enthusiast.

David is an equity partner at Michael Elliott. Having started his career at Cushman & Wakefield, over the last two decades he has advised on over £5 billion of central London investment transactions.

With a proven track record, he thrives on a proactive approach to asset strategy and transactional delivery which has resulted in forging lasting relationships with his clients.

He has a strong preference and track record for sourcing off market opportunities where confidentiality is paramount.

In addition to advising a number of high-profile overseas investors, he has a broad domestic client base some of which include CBRE Global Investors, Howard de Walden Estate, Workspace Plc, Trinova and UBS.

An avid sportsman, David is a keen golfer, skier, rugby fan and classic car enthusiast. He loves a hairbrained fitness challenge albeit has had less time recently due to his two young sons who live with him and his wife in London.

Scott is a Director at Michael Elliott with over a decade of experience specialising in the Central London market.

Acting for a number of private clients, property companies and foreign & domestic institutions, he provides a range of advice on numerous asset classes including office, hotel, retail and development properties for both acquisition and disposal purposes.

Toby is a partner of Michael Elliott with 15 years experience in the Central London investment market. Toby began his career at DTZ following a Master’s degree at South Bank University.

Toby has advised on more than £2 billion worth of investment deals. His clients include several global high net worth individuals and family offices, as well as some of the major UK institutions.

Notable transactions include the sale of Enterprise House (Paddington/£56m), the purchase of Kings Mall Shopping Centre (Hammersmith/£153 million), the purchase of Bond Street House (£112 million), the purchase of Céline, (Mount Street/£81 million) and the purchase and subsequent sale of 60 St Martins Lane (£81 million).

With over 10 years’ experience, Nick is a director at Michael Elliott.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and his miniature Dachshund Monty.

Harry joined Michael Elliott in March 2017, having spent the early part of his career at Savills where he qualified as a chartered surveyor.

With over 7 years’ experience, Harry specialises in advising on the acquisition and disposal of commercial real estate in Central London working closely with a broad range of clients including institutional investors, UK-listed property companies, private propcos and UHNWIs.

Harry has worked on a number of high-profile transactions giving him exposure to a diverse investor base.

Outside of work, Harry is a passionate sportsman and still plays rugby, tennis and cricket whenever he can.

Robert joined Michael Elliott in June 2021 with a focus on the London office and development market.

His analytical approach to research ensures clients can make informed investment decisions.

Robert holds a degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Bristol.

Holly joined Michael Elliott in April 2024, specialising in acquisitions and disposals across Central London.

Prior to this, Holly gained four years of commercial property experience at CBRE, where she focused on investments across Europe, working on a number of cross-border sales representing a variety of institutional owners, developers, and purchasers.

Holly is a qualified chartered surveyor and holds a master's in Real Estate from Cass Business School, as well as a degree from the University of Bristol.

For the past three years, she has served as the chair of the Jewish Care Property Committee, orchestrating an annual dinner that brings together industry agents and clients for networking and fundraising.

Cameron joined Michel Elliott in March 2024 with a focus on London investment opportunities.

Prior to joining the team, Cameron was a surveyor at a niche agency, having graduated from Reading University with a degree in Real Estate. During this time, he dealt across a variety of sectors with a broad range of clients, from private families to institutional investors.

Outside of work, Cam is a keen sportsman, playing rugby and tennis as much as possible.

Rachel joined Michael Elliott in March 2022 after moving to London from Australia.

As our office manager and personal assistant, Rachel is essential to our daily operations. With over 8 years of experience in similar roles, she ensures our team and clients are well looked after while optimising workflow efficiency. She oversees secretarial support functions across the firm, contributing significantly to our success.

Peter leads Michael Elliott’s Asian advisory team. Working throughout Asia and the Middle East, he helps investors navigate the fast-moving London market.

Peter combines cultural sensitivity with unrivalled expertise. The breadth of his work is testament to this – in the past few years, he’s concluded deals on residential, commercial and hospitality properties, in both London and Asia. His clients include corporate investors, fund managers and high net worth individuals.

Recent major transactions include the acquisition of 6-7 Grosvenor Place, and the sale of a long leasehold interest at 5 Cavendish Square for £18 million. With a background in marketing, Peter is able to accurately assess a building’s long-term potential, and steer clients toward the more fruitful investments.
