A bespoke property management service is provided by MERJS, our management business. With 46 staff, MERJS offers all aspects of asset management including landlord and tenant, maintenance and refurbishment, lease advisory, service charge administration and accounting. With over 100 years of combined experience in the property investment market, the team at Michael Elliott are a group of dedicated property professionals.
Mark is a founding partner of Michael Elliott. Since forming the business in 1985, he has advised on the acquisition and disposal of in excess of £15bn of property as well as several major corporate transactions, mergers and acquisition.
Mark has been involved in transacting some of the capitals landmark buildings including Centre Point, The Burlington Arcade, Earls Court & Olympia, The Time & Life Building and Riverside House. In terms of value, he has also transacted over half of Bond Street including Ralph Lauren’s flagship store, 1 Bond Street as well as Prada, Cartier and De Beers.
In addition to conducting agency business, Mark has created work out strategies for Nippon Credit Bank of Japan, Goldman Sachs’ Whitehall Fund in partnership with Chelsfield Plc, and disposed of the UK portfolio of the non-performing loan book from Swedebank. More recently Mark set up Leonardo Property Fund with three partners.

Dominic jointly runs Michael Elliott with Mark Shipman. He has consistently been one of the most active investment agents in the Greater and Central London investment markets for over twenty years.
Graduating from Reading University, Dominic joined Richard Ellis's City Investment department in 1988. He later transferred to Richard Ellis in Brazil focusing on Investments in Latin America; returning to England he joined Weatherall Green & Smith to establish its West End investment team, before shortly moving on to Michael Elliott. Advising institutional clients, property companies and overseas and domestic high net worth private investors and family offices across all sectors, he is widely regarded as one of the most experienced investment advisors in the market.
